Yes. Both the Build and Grow plans are monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle.
How cancellation works
Send us a message in your chat channel. We'll confirm the cancellation and ensure your site remains live until the end of the current billing period.
What happens after cancellation
Your website and code don't disappear. You get:
- A copy of the complete Git repository
- Export of all content files
- Your domain (which you own and control)
You can continue hosting the site yourself or hand it off to another team. Because the codebase is clean Next.js, any developer can take it over.
Setup fees
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. It covers the build or migration work, which is complete once your site launches.
No lock-in by design
We built Webentity this way intentionally. You own the code, you own the domain, and you can leave anytime. Our goal is to be worth staying for — not to trap you.
