We can automate content publishing to several channels alongside your website. Here's the current status:
Available now
LinkedIn ✅ LinkedIn has a full publishing API. We can auto-post blog articles, updates, and announcements to your LinkedIn company page or personal profile — synced with your website content.
Threads ✅ Meta's Threads API (launched 2024) supports automated posting. We can publish short-form content, article summaries, or standalone posts to Threads automatically.
Available with limitations
Medium 🟡 Medium's API exists but has been in a limited state since 2018 — no image uploads, no editing after publish, no scheduling. We can publish text posts programmatically, but it's a one-way fire-and-forget. Useful for reach, not for curated presence.
Not yet available
Substack ❌ (coming) Substack has no public publishing API. Content can only be published manually through their editor. We're monitoring their API roadmap — if they open it up, we'll integrate immediately.
How channel publishing works
When you publish a blog post through webentity, we can simultaneously:
- Post a summary or teaser to LinkedIn
- Share a thread on Threads
- Cross-post to Medium (if enabled)
All from one action — you write once, we distribute everywhere.
This is a Grow plan feature
Multi-channel publishing is included in the Grow plan (€499/month). It can also be added as a standalone add-on — ask us for pricing.
