FAQ/Getting Started

What happens right after launch?

The first weeks after a launch or migration are the most sensitive phase for a website. That is why every setup includes a hypercare phase.

What hypercare means

In the first weeks after your site goes live, we watch it more closely than in normal operation:

  • Daily monitoring: rankings, technical health, and visitor behavior get checked every day
  • Immediate fixes: if something breaks or behaves unexpectedly, we fix it right away
  • Ranking watch: especially after migrations, we track keyword positions closely so temporary fluctuations do not turn into losses
  • Direct line: you reach us directly in your chat channel, and post-launch questions get priority

Why this matters most after migrations

When a site moves to a new platform, Google reindexes it. Small position fluctuations in the first weeks are normal. The difference between a clean migration and a lost ranking is how fast someone notices and reacts. During hypercare, that reaction happens the same day.

The transition to normal operation

Once rankings and technical metrics are stable, the site moves into the regular Managed routine: content gets created and refreshed, rankings are tracked daily, audits and monitoring continue, and changes go live through chat. The attention never stops, it just returns to normal intensity.
